Kata tunjuk melalui bahasa merupakan bagian penting dalam penggunaan bahasa komunikasi sehari-hari. Tanpa kata tunjuk, komunikasi tidak bisa berjalan dengan baik atau bahkan bisa mengubah konteks makna pembicaraan. Studi ini membahas untuk mengetahui spasial deixis dari segi demonstratif atau kata ganti penunjuk yang digunakan dalam film Divergent Series Allegiant, maka istilah yang digunakan oleh lima karakter yang diklasifikasikan dalam penggunaan pragmatis dari demonstratif, penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang diajukan oleh Holger Diessel. Penelitian ini juga dapat dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif kualitatif karena hasil penelitian ini diuraikan dengan menggunakan penjelasan hasil kualitatif yang bertentangan dengan hasil kuantitatif. Sumber data yang diambil dari lima karakter dalam film tersebut, yaitu Tris, Four, Christina, Caleb, dan Peter. Data penelitian ini diambil dari perbincangan lima karakter dalam film Divergent Series Allegiant. Sebagai hasilnya, istilah deixis spasial berupa demonstrasi yang diimplementasikan dalam ujaran lima karakter. Istilah yang ditemukan dalam bentuk demonstratif di sana, di sini, ini, bahwa, ini, dan semua yang memiliki implementasi konteks yang berbeda. Juga data adverbia demonstratif disana dan disini. Semua data yang telah ditemukan adalah 90 demonstratif yang beberapa diantaranya memiliki rujukan yang berbeda. Istilah deixis spasial yang digolongkan ke dalam penggunaan demonstratif pragmatis telah ditemukan 58 penggunaan eksoporis, 5 penggunaan anaforis, 26 wacana deictic, dan 1 kegunaan pengakuan.

Pointing via language is important part in language use of daily communication. Without pointing, communication can not run well or even can change the context of what speaker means. This study concerns to find out spatial deixis terms of demonstratives are used in the Divergent Series Allegiant movie, then the terms that are used by the five characters classified in the pragmatic uses of demonstratives, this study uses the theory that is proposed by Holger Diessel. This study also can be categorized as descriptive qualitative research since the results of the study is described using explanations of qualitative results opposed to quantitative results. The source of data taken from five characters in the movie, they are Tris, Four, Christina, Caleb, and Peter. The data of this study is taken from the conversation of the five characters in the Divergent Series Allegiant movie. As the results, the spatial deixis terms of demonstratives that are implemented in the utterance of the five characters. The terms that are found in the form of demonstratives there, here, this, that, these, and those which all of them have different context implementations. Also the data of demonstrative adverb there and here. All of the data that have been found are 90 demonstratives which some of them have different referent. The spatial deixis terms which were classified into pragmatic uses of demonstratives had been found 58 exophoric uses, 5 anaphoric uses, 26 discourse deictic uses, and 1 recognitional uses.
