ABSTRAK Bernica Putri Septhani, 2018. Analisis Penentuan Sektor Unggulan Kabupaten Pacitan Melalui Pendekatan Tipologi Klassen Tahun 2012-2016. Di bawah bimbingan Dr. Mohtar Rasyid, S.E.,M.Sc. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor unggulan yang ada di Kabupaten Pacitan pada tahun 2012-2016. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan data PDRB Kabupaten Pacitan dan PDRB Provinsi Jawa timur. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Location Quotient (LQ), metode analisis Shift Share dan metode analisis Tipologi Klassen. Berdasarkan analisis Location Quotient yang termasuk sektor basis di Kabupaten Pacitan adalah sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan dan Perikanan, Pertambangan dan Penggalian, Kontruksi, Informasi dan Komunikasi, Administrasi Pemerintahan, Jasa Pendidikan, Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial dan Jasa Lainnya. berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode analisis Shift Share maka ada dua belas (12) sektor yang nilainya positif (Maju) dan lima (5) Sektor yang negatif (Lamban). bila dua (2) hasil analisis tersebut digabungkan maka diperoleh hasil analisis menggunakan metode Tipologi Klassen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode Tipologi Klassen diperoleh enam Sektor Unggulan yang antara lain adalah sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan dan Perikanan, Sektor Informasi dan Komunikasi, Sektor Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib,Sektor Jasa Pendidikan, Sektor Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial dan Sektor Jasa Lainnya. Guided by Dr. Mohtar Rasyid, S.E.,M.Sc. The purpose of this research is to understand and to analyze the leading sectors towards the economics of Pacitan Regency in 2012-2016. This research used descriptive quantitative approach and the data used in this research are Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pacitan Regency and Gross Regional Domestic Product of East Java Province. The analyzing methods used in this research are Locational Quotient (LQ), Klassen Typological, and Shift Share. According to Locational Quotient Analysis, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery, Mining, Construction, Information and Communication, Government Administration, Education Services, Health Services, Social Activities and Other Services are the basic sectors in Pacitan Regency. According to the result of Shift Share Analysis showed that there is twelve (12) positive and advancing sectors and there is five (5) negative and backwarding sector. If the result of Locational Quotient Analysis and Shift Share Analysis combined then it will be the result of Klassen Typological Analysis. Based on Klassen Typological Analysis result showed that there is six advancing sectors which is Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery, Information and Communication, Government Administration, Defense and Social Security, Education Services, Health Services, Social Activities and Other Services sectors.
