ABSTRAK Penelitian dengan judul “Analisis Pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah Tangga melalui UMKM Shuttlecock dalam Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam (Studi kasus UMKM AIRO Shuttlecock, Desa Sumengko, Kecamatan Sukomoro, Kabupaten Nganjuk)” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga yang dilakukan oleh UMKM AIRO shuttlecock dan untuk mengetahui manfaat yang diperoleh terhadap ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya bagi keluarga melalui pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh UMKM AIRO shuttlecock. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yakni penelitian yang berupa kata-kata tertulis atau bentuk deskripsi yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan data sekunder yakni dari pihak UMKM AIRO shuttlecock dan dari beberapa ibu rumah tangga yang diberdayakan, serta dokumentasi dan observasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh UMKM AIRO shuttlecock yang awalnya melalui sistem kerja dengan antar jemput bahan yang dikerjakan di rumah masing-masing ibu rumah tangga menjadikan ibu rumah tangga tersebut belajar bagaimana pembuatan shuttlecock, dan dengan sistem tersebut dapat memberikan motivasi berwirausaha sendiri bagi ibu rumah tangga tersebut. Sehingga dari beberapa ibu rumah tangga yang awalnya hanya bekerja dengan sistem antar jemput sekarang sudah ada yang mampu membuka usaha sendiri, dan diantaranya ada yang bekerjasama dengan UMKM AIRO. Dengan adanya hal tersebut masyarakat merasa terbantu dan mendapat manfaat terutama dalam bidang ekonomi, seperti mengurangi pengangguran, mendapat penghasilan yang tetap, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, dan menjadikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. ABSTRACT The research entitled "Analysis of Empowerment of Housewives in Shuttlecock MSMEs in An Overview of Islamic Economics (The Case Study of AIRO Shuttlecock MSMEs, at Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency)" this thesis aims to find out how of empowerment of housewife by the AIRO shuttlecocks MSMEsand to find out what the benefits obtained from the community economy, especially for families through empowerment applied by the AIRO shuttlecock MSMEs. This study is qualitative research that the research in the form of written words or forms of description obtained from the results of interviews with the speakers. The data source of this study was obtained from primary data sources and secondary data, namely from the AIRO shuttlecock MSMEs and from several empowered housewives, as well as documentation and observation. The results of the study show that of empowerment carried out by the AIRO Shuttlecock MSMEs initially through a system of work by picking up the materials done at home of each housewife, makes the housewife learn how to make shuttlecocks, and can provide motivation own entrepreneurship for the housewife. So, some housewives who initially only worked with the shuttle system were already able to open their own businesses even some of them were cooperating with the AIROshuttlecock MSMEs. Through this way, people feel helped and also get a benefit especially in the economic field aspect, such as reducing unemployment and earning a steady income.
