Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. 2022.rnrnPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara hardiness dan psychological well-being dengan emotional labor pada guru SLB di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena tuntutan pada guru SLB untuk mengekspresikan emosi sesuai dengan tempat kerjanya dan tidak diperkenankan menampilkan emosi negatif serta berlebihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 70 orang guru SLB yang ada di Kabupaten Trenggalek yang seluruhnya menggunakan teknik total sampling. Terdapat tiga instrumen skala dalam penelitian ini meliputi skala hardiness dengan 28 aitem valid, skala psychological well-being dengan 41 aitem valid, dan skala emotional laborrndengan 36 aitem valid. Reliabilitas pada skala hardiness memiliki nilai 0,916, skala psychological well-being memiliki nilai 0,934, serta pada skala emotional labor memiliki nilai 0,908. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasilnya pada uji parsial variabel hardiness (X1) terhadap emotional labor (Y) mendapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil daripada 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil tersebut berarti hardiness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap emotional labor. Sedangkan pada variabel psychological well-being (X2) terhadap emotional labor (Y) tidak ditemukan pengaruh secara parsial. Analisis selanjutnya dilakukan menggunakan uji simultan dimana mendapatkan nilai 0,000. Nilairntersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), maka variabel hardiness (X1) dan variabel psychological well-being (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel emotional labor (Y). Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh hardiness dan psychological well-being terhadap emotional labor pada guru SLB di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pada penelitian ini juga mendapatkan temuan dari uji R2rnbahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pada variabel hardiness (X1) dan psychological well-being (X2) terhadap emotional labor (Y) sebesar 52,7%. Sedangkan 47,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

This research is important to do because of the demands on special education teachers to express emotions according to their workplace and are not allowed to display negative and excessive emotions. This research was conducted on 70 SLB teachers in Trenggalek Regency which were obtained through total sampling technique. There are three scale instruments in this study, including the hardiness scale with 28 valid items, the psychological well-being scale with 41 valid items, and the emotional labor scale with 36 valid items. Reliability on the hardiness scale has a value of 0.916, the psychological well-being scale has a value of 0.934, and on the emotional labor scale it has a value of 0.908. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows. The results in the partial test of the hardiness variable (X1) on emotional labor (Y) get a significance value of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). These results mean that hardiness has a significant effect on emotional labor. Meanwhile, the psychological well-being variable (X2) on emotional labor (Y) did not find a partial effect. Subsequent analysis was carried out using a simultaneous test which obtained a value of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then the hardiness variable (X1) and the psychological well-being variable (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the emotional labor variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that there is an influence of hardiness and psychological well-being on emotional labor for special school teachers in Trenggalek Regency. This study also found findings from the R2rntest that there was a positive influence on the hardiness (X1) and psychological well-being (X2) variables on emotional labor (Y) of 52.7%. While the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other variables.
