ABSTRAK Mahkamah Konstitusi dapat membubarkan Partai politik dengan alasan ideologi, asas, tujuan, program partai politik bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 1945 dan/atau kegiatan partai politik bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 atau akibat yang ditimbulkannya bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, yang diproses dengan persidangan di Mahkamah Konstitusi yang diawali dengan pengajuan permohonan, Persidangan, rapat musyawarah hakim dan diahiri dengan putusan namun proses persidangan ini belum dilaksanakan disebabkan karena belum ada pemohon yang mengajukan permohonan pembubaran partai politik ke Mahkamah Konstitusi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa prosedur pembubaran partai politik. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif, Sumber bahan hukum berasal dari bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan cara identifikasi kemudian inventarisasi terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan buku kepustakaan dan dianalisis dengan metode normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur pmebubaran partai politik yaitu pertama pengajuan permohonan, kedua Persidangan, ke tiga rapat musyawarah hakim dan keempa putusan. ABSTRACT Constitutional Court to dissolve the political parties on the grounds of ideology, principles, objectives, programs of political parties opposed to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 and / or activities of a political party opposed to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 or the consequences thereof contrary with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, which is processed by the hearing of the Constitutional Court which begins with the filing of the petition, the trial, the judge and diahiri consultation meetings with the verdict, but the trial has not been implemented because there are no applicants who apply for the dissolution of political parties to the Constitutional Court. Thus, this study aims to identify and analyze the procedure dissolution of political parties. Method approach in this study is the approach to legislation (statute approach) with descriptive specifications, sources of legal materials derived from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials were collected by then identification of inventory on legislation and literature books and analyzed by methods qualitative normative. Based on the results of this study concluded that the procedure pmebubaran political party that is the first petition, the second trial, all three consultation meetings and keempa judges decision.
