RINGKASAN Perlawanan Serikat Buruh terhadap Tuntutan Upah Minimum Sektoral Kota (UMSK) dalam Kerangka Hubungan Industrial (Studi Kasus di PT. INTERBAT Farmasi, Kec Buduran - Sidoarjo) YUNITA TRI SUSANTI. NIM 090521100036 Program studi Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura.. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Syamsu Budiyanti, S.Sos,M.Si, dan Bapak Iskandar Dzulkarnain, S.STh.I., M.Si, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses Perlawanan Serikat Buruh terhadap Hubungan Industrial, serta untuk mengetahui Bentuk-bentuk Perlawanan Serikat Buruh terhadap Hubungan Industrial di PT. INTERBAT Farmasi Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara mendalam, pengamatan (observasi) dan catatan lapangan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menggambarkan keadaan yang sebenarnya (naturalistik) dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlawanan yang terjadi dan dilakukan oleh serikat buruh disebabkan bahwa upah yang diterima dirasa kurang mencapai kebutuhan hidup layak. Sehingga serikat buruh menuntut upah minimum sektoral kota. Upah minimum sektoral merupakan upah minimum yang berlaku untuk semua perusahaan pada sektor tertentu dalam daerah tertentu yang berlaku secara sektoral di seluruh Kabupaten atau kota. Serikat buruh atau pekerja melakukan aksi tersembunyi dan terbuka. Bentuk-bentuk perlawanan yang dilakukan serikat buruh yaitu aksi tersembunyi yang dimaksud dengan melakukan protes dan mengeluh aksi tersebut hanyalah bentuk dari penolakan atau kekesalan tidak membentuk sebuah perubahan yang besar dan langsung, akan tetapi perubahan yang sangat membutuhkan waktu tetapi juga cukup efektif dalam menyalurkan ketidakpuasan, sedangkan aksi terbuka yang dilakukan seperti demo. Inilah bentuk kekesalan yang dilakukan oleh serikat buruh dalam menuntut upah minimum sektoral kota.

ABSTRACT "The Resistance of Labor Union Against the Demand of Sectoral Minimum Wage of Cities (SMWC) in the Framework of Industrial Relations" (A Case Study in PT Interbat Pharmacy, Subdistrict Buduran-Sidoarjo) YUNITA TRI SUSANTI. 090521100036, Sociology Department, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Trunojoyo University of Madura. Sos, M.Si, and Mr. Iskandar Dzulkarnain, S.STh.I., M.Si, The study aimed to determine the process of the resistance of labor union against the Industrial Relations, and to investigate the forms of resistance labor union against the Industrial Relations in PT. INTERBAT Pharmacy. Method of In-depth interviews, observation, and fieldnotes were used in this study. While type of qualitative research was used in this study with a case study approach. This study was expected to describe the real situation (naturalistic) in the field. The results showed that the resistance was occurred and carried by the labor union, was about the wage was paid less for a decent standard of living needs. So the union demanded a minimum wage of sectoral city. Sectoral Minimum Wage was the minimum wage that applied to all companies in a particular sector in a particular area which were applied across sectoral district or city. Laborers or workers did that action hiddenly and openly. The hidden forms of the union’s resistance to the action were only a simple protest and complaint, and were only forms of rejection or resentment which could not be a major and immediate change. The change took a very long time, however, but the forms were also very effective in channeling discontent. While open forms were performed such as street protesting, this action was the form of resentment performed by labor union in demanding the sectoral minimum wage of cities.
