Penelitian berjudul Penyelesaian Konflik Narapidana Kasus Narkoba Di Rutan Klas I Surabaya merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Manajemen Konflik yang dilakukan Narapidana selama mereka menjadi penghuni Rutan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan penulis dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap informan yang pernah berstatus narapidana dan pernah terlibat atau mengetahui konflik yang terjadi di penjara. Sedangkan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian manajemen konflik narapidana ini dapat dikatakan berhasil. Karena dua informan mengalami dua jenis konflik. Konflik buruk. Sedangkan satu informan mengetahui konflik emosional. Dalam penyelesaiannya, ketiga informan memiliki jawaban yang sama, yaitu mendatangkan orang ketiga. Adapun penyebab konflik dimana informan memiliki jawaban yang berbeda. Penyebabnya yaitu adanya persaingan, kesalah pahaman, dan motif dendam. Kata kunci : penyelesaian konflik, narapidana, fenomenologi.
