[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh family involvement ownership terhadap kinerja perusahaan keluarga pada sektor property dan real estate yang diukur dari sisi profitabilitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan keluarga yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada sektor property dan real estate tahun 2010-2014. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 perusahaan yang sudah masuk kriteria pengambilan sampel dari 47 perusahaan yang masuk dalam populasi. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antaralain : Return on Asset (ROA) sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan family involvement ownership, ukuran perusahaan dan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel independen.. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda, yang menggambarkan pengaruh lebih dari satu variabel independen terhadap satu variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian uji parsial (uji T) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan adalah ukuran perusahaan dan umur perusahaan, sedangkan variabel family involvement ownership berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil penelitian uii simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel family involvement ownership, ukuran perusahaan dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

This study aimed to examine the effect of family involvement on corporate performance family ownership in property and real estate sector as measured in terms of profitability with quantitative approach. The population used is a family company that is in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on property and real estate sector in 2010-2014. Samples in this study consisted of 10 companies that have entered the criteria for the sampling of 47 companies included in the population. Variables used in this research are: Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable, while family involvement ownership, firm size and firm age as independent variables. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, which describes the influence of more than one independent variable to one the dependent variable. Results of research partial test (t test) showed that the independent variables were significant positive effect on the profitability of the company is a company the size and age of the company, while the variables of family involvement ownership significant negative effect on the profitability of the company. While the research results UII simultaneously (F test) showed that the variables of family involvement ownership, firm size and firm age positive effect on the profitability of the
