Audit teknologi informasi adalah proses mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi fakta apakah software komputerisasi sebuah perusahaan/ instansi terlindungi, dan integritas data terpelihara, sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi untuk mencapai efektifitas, dan efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya. Dengan dilakukan audit teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat diperoleh informasi yang relevan dan komperehensif, serta efektif dan efisien bagi auditor guna membantu didalam pengambilan keputusan. Namun didalam implementasinya, proses auditing masih banyak dilakukan secara konvensional (manual) sehingga dibutuhkan sumber daya (waktu dan tenaga) yang cukup besar. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuatlah suatu aplikasi sistem audit teknologi informasi berbasis web sebagai salah satu solusi dan pengembangan auditing untuk menangani permasalahan proses auditing tersebut. Aplikasi sistem audit yang dibangun menggunakan standar kerangka kerja tata kelola IT COBIT 4.1 dengan mengambil domain plan and organize (PO). Hasil perhitungan maturity level dan bentuk kuesioner yang disajikan lebih terperinci, karena aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan metode linkert. Hasil pengujian terhadap aplikasi sistem audit yang dibangun menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memiliki fitur-fitur yang mudah digunakan oleh pengguna (user friendly). Aplikasi yang dirancang juga memberikan fleksibilitas bagi pengguna didalam memilih butir-butir pertanyaan audit. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun memiliki kualitas sistem yang bagus.

Abstract Audit of information technology (gak tau, entah gitu atau information technology audit) is the process of gathering and evaluating the facts whether computerized software of a company or institution is protected, data integrity are maintained based on the objectives of the organization to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the use of resources. Audit of information technology is expected to obtain relevant and comprehensive information, as well as effective and efficient for auditors to assist when they took a decision. However, the implementation is auditors almost using conventionally way (manual) when auditing process. That process is need more resources (time and effort of the auditors). In this final project, the writer made an application of information technology audit based on web system as one of solution and development of auditing to handle the problems of auditing process. An audit system application built with the (governence framework standard system of IT COBIT 4.1) by taking domain plan and organize (PO). The results of maturity level calculations and questionnaire forms are presented detaily caused of the applications built using linkert method. Test results on the built audit system application show that the application has features that are easy to use by the user (user friendly). The designed of application also gives flexibility to the users in selecting the audit question items. The assessment results show that the built application has a good system quality.
