Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi hasil produksi kedelai dan menganalisis efisiensi secara ekonomis usahatani kedelai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Kejayan Kabupaten Pasuruan karena terjadi permasalahan rendahnya produtivitas usahatani kedelai. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Sampling. Data dikaji dengan menggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor produksi yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi kedelai adalah benih. Sedangkan faktor produksi benih belum mencapai efisiensi ekonomis karena diperoleh nilai NPM > 1, sehingga perlu adanya penambahan faktor produksi benih supaya bisa mencapai efisiensi ekonomis. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors that influence the yield of soybean production and the economic efficiency of soybean farming. This study was conducted in District Kejayan Pasuruan due to of low productivity of soybean farming. The sample methods of this study applies Cluster Sampling. Next, the data is reviewed by using Cobb-Douglass production by employing Ordinary Least Square (OLS) methodology. The result of this study indicates that the factor of soybean production is seed. While the seed production factor has not reached economical efficiency because it obtained value of NPM> 1, so it needs additional of seed production factor in order to achieve economic efficiency.
