Cases of corruption are classified as extraordinary crimes. The criminal act of corruption can jeopardize the stability and security of the state and society, endangering the social, political and economic development of society. As is the case with Setya Novanto with Ma'roef Sjamsudin. After 3 times summoned by the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, SetyaNovanto submitted a petition to the Constitutional Court to submit a material test related to evidence recorded by Ma'roefsjamsudin. The electronic information proof that is still not regulated by the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code provides difficulties to law enforcement officials in handling a crime.
