[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Didalam tim sepak bola mempunyai seorang pelatih, dimana pelatih tersebutlah yang menentukan dimana posisi seorang pemain sepak bola akan bermain, tugas inilah yang terkadang membuat pelatih kesulitan untuk membuat sebuah keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan posisi pemain. Melihat permasalahan diatas perlu ada tes dan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan agar bisa dengan mudah menentukan posisi bermain yang tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode SMART sekiranya bisa membantu menghasilkan pemain sepak bola sesuai yang diharapkan. Dari hasil perhitungan metode SMART bisa diketahui bobot dari setiap pemain, dan pelatih bisa dengan mudah menentukan posisi pemain yang cocok. Hasil dari penilaian seleksi menggunakan metode SMART menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 83%, nilai akurasi di dapatkan dari hasil perbandingan antara data hasil perhitungan sistem dengan data rekomendasi dari pelatih.

On a soccer team having a coach, the coach will decide the playing position of the team players. this task that sometimes makes the coach difficult to make a right decision in determining the player's position. Seeing the above problems need to be tested and a decision support system to facilitate the determination of a suitable playing position. Using the SMART method can help to produce soccer players as expected. From the calculation method of SMART can be known the weight of each player, and the coach can easily determine the position of a suitable player. The result of the selection of SMART method resulted in an accuracy of 83%, accuracy was obtained from the comparison between the calculated data of the system and the recommendation data from the coach.
