[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Pengolahan teripang menjadi kerupuk teripang di UKM. Sari Laut berpotensi menghasilkan limbah sehingga perlu penanganan yang tepat yaitu dengan upaya produksi bersih. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui alternatif peluang produksi bersih dan alternatif terbaik yang dapat diterapkan di UKM. Sari Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis pengambilan keputusan dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarcy Process). Tahap pengolahan data menggunakan expert choice. Terdapat tiga alternatif peluang produksi bersih yaitu pupuk cair organik, sabun dan pupuk. Pada analisis matrik perbandingan berpasangan antara kriteria-kriteria dan alternatif yang ada untuk memperoleh alternatif terbaik yang dapat diterapkan di UKM. Sari Laut yaitu pupuk cair organik dengan nilai 0,695, sabun dengan nilai 0,156 dan pupuk dengan nilai 0,149. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa alternatif terbaik yang diterapkan di UKM. Sari Laut yaitu pupuk cair organik dengan bobot 0,695. Kata Kunci: Teripang, Produksi bersih, AHP (Analytical Hierarcy Process)

The process of sea cucumber (Teripang) become sea cucumber chips in UKM. Sari Laut has potensial in making compost heap, so that it need appropriate handling by trying cleaner productions. This research aims to know the best alternative of trying cleaner production and the best alternative to be applied in UKM. Sari Laut. This research used analytical hierarcy process and the data processing by using expert choice. In this research there are three the best alternatives in cleaner production. They are liquid fertilizer, soap and fertilizer. In matrix analysis the comparison of all of the criterias and the alternatives used to get the best alternative that can be applied in UKM. Sari Laut is organik liquid fertilizer by 0, 695 weight, soap by 0, 159 weight and fertilizer by 0, 149 weight. In conclusion, the best alternative applied in small and medium enterprises is organic liquid fertilizer by 0, 695 weight. Key words: Sea Cucumber (Teripang), Cleaner production and Analytical Hierarcy Process.
