[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang termasuk dalam eksternalitas positif dan negatif serta nilai eksternalitas setelah adanya pabrik minyak dan gas bumi blok cepu kecamatan Gayam kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penentuan sampel didasarkan pada kebutuhan analisisnya, sehingga setiap jenis analisis jumlah sampelnya berbeda-beda tergantung dari sejauh mana persebaran dampak yang diterima masyarakat. Teknik pengolahan data yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui peluang usaha yaitu menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan spss versi 16.0. Sedangkan untuk kesempatan kerja, CSR, pencemaran air dan pencemaran udara menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa valuasi eksternalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,000 berarti perusahaan memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat sekitar dengan total eksternalitas adanya pabrik minyak dan gas bumi blok cepu sebesar Rp 3.666.955.433,- per tahun. Dimana nilai manfaat lebih besar dibandingkan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh masyarakat terdampak. Kata Kunci : Valuasi Ekonomi, Eksternalitas, Minyak dan Gas

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine factors are included in the positive and negative externalities and the value of externalities after the oil and gas plants block Cepu subdistric Gayam district Bojonegoro. The method of determining the sample is based on the needs of the analysis, so that each type of analysis of the number of samples varies depending on the extent to which the distribution of impacts the community receives. Data processing techniques conducted to determine business opportunities that is using t test with the help of spss version 16.0. As for employment opportunities, CSR, water pollution and air pollution using descriptive analysis. The result of t test shows that the externality valuation has positive and significant effect with 0.000 value means the company gives positive impact to the surrounding community with the total externality of the oil and gas block cepu factory amounting to Rp 3,666,955,433 per year. Where the value of benefits is greater than the costs incurred by affected communities. Key words: Valuation Economics, Exteranality, Oil And Gas
