ABSTRAK Teripang merupakan salah satu hasil laut Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi yang biasanya diperdagangkan dalam bentuk kering. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak terhadap lingkungan dan penilaian daur hidup (Life Cycle Assessment) yang disebabkan oleh kerupuk teripang pada UKM. Sari Laut. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 4 kategori dampak pencemaran terhadap lingkungan yaitu climate change GWP-100, depletion of abiotic resources – fossil fuels,eutrophication – generic, dan photochemical oxidations – high Nox. Dari nilai total yang didapatkan maka, dampak terhadap lingkungan paling besar yang ditimbulkan dalam daur hidup kerupuk teripang di UKM. Sari Laut adalah global warming. Berdasarkan penilaian dampak terhadap lingkungan produk kerupuk teripang untuk nilai total CO2 sebesar 90,222 kg atau 2,807 kg CO2 dalam 1 kg kerupuk teripang, nilai total CH4 0,0141049 kg atau 0,000438 kg dalam 1 kg kerupuk teripang, dan nilai total N2O sebesar 0,00191629 kg atau 0,0000596 kg dalam 1 kg kerupuk teripang.. Sea cucumbers are one of the Indonesian marine products that have high economic value which is usually traded in dry form. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact on the environment and life cycle assessment caused by sea cucumber crackers in the UKM. Sari Laut. The results of the research are 4 categories of environmental pollution impacts: climate change GWP-100, depletion of abiotic resources - fossil fuels, eutrophication - generic, and photochemical oxidations - high nox. Of the total value obtained then, the greatest environmental impact caused in the life cycle of sea cucumber crackers in the UKM. Sari Laut is global warming. Based on the assessment of environmental impacts of sea cucumber cracker product for total CO2 value of 90,222 kg or 2,807 kg CO2 in 1 kg of sea cucumber crackers, total value of CH4 0,0141049 kg or 0.000438 kg in 1 kg of sea cucumber cracker, and total value of N2O is 0, 00191629 kg or 0,0000596 kg in 1 kg of sea cucumber crackers.
