Plutella xylostella L. merupakan hama utama pada tanaman kubis, sawi, petsai dan sayuran lainnya. Salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan serangan hama terutama Plutella xylostella L. yaitu dengan menggunakan pestisida nabati. Salah satu tumbuhan yang memiliki senyawa bioaktif yaitu Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides Linn.) dan tembelekan (Lantana camara L.). Daun bandotan mengandung senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, minyak atsiri dan polyfenol sedangkan daun tembelekan mengandung senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, minyak atsiri, saponin dan tanin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui LC50,90 dan LT50,90 dari perlakuan aplikasi daun yang di ekstrak dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsentrasi bandotan yaitu 0% (kontrol), 2,15%, 4,3%, 6,45%, 8,6% sedangkan tembelekan 0% (kontrol), 1,7%, 3,4%, 5,1%, 6,8% dengan 10 larva instar 3 tiap toples perlakuan. Menggunakan analisis probit pada SPSS 16.0. Ekstrak daun bandotan yang paling efektif membunuh Plutella xylostella L. yaitu konsentrasi 8,6%. LC50,90 ekstrak daun bandotan yang dapat menyebabkan mortalitas Plutella xylostella L. sebesar 50% dan 90% adalah 6.341% dan 19.316% sedangkan tembelekan sebesar 5.181% dan 16.301%. LT50,90 ektsrak daun bandotan untuk mematikan larva 50% dan 90% yaitu 71.9 jam dan 124.5 jam sedangkan tembelekan sebesar 76.8 jam dan 128.1 jam sehingga yang paling efektif membunuh Plutella xylostella L. yaitu ekstak daun bandotan.

Plutella xylostella L. is the main pest in cabbage plant, mustrad, petsai and other vegetables. One of the way to overcome the problem of pest attacks, especially Plutella xylostella L., is by using vegetable pesticides. One of the plants that have the bioactive compounds of Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides Linn) and tembelekan (Lantana camara L.). Bandotan leaves contain compounds of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, essential oils and polyphenols while crooked leaf contain alkaloids compounds, flavonoids, essential oils, saponins, and tannins. The aim of this research is to know LC50,90 and LT50,90 from treatment of leaf application extract by using ethanol solvent. This study used bandotan 0% concentration (control), 2,15%, 4,3%, 6,45%, 8,6% while the 0% (control), 1,7%, 3,4%, 5,1%, 6,8% of tembelekan, with 10 instar larvae 3 each treatment jars. Using probit analysis on SPSS 16.0. Leaf extract of bandotan and tembelekan most effectively kill Plutella xylostella L. that is 8,6% concentration. LC50,90 leaf extract bandotan which can cause mortality of Plutella xylostella L. by 50% and 90% is 6.341% and 19.316% while the 5.181% and 16.301% of tembelekan. LT50,90 leaf extract of bandotan to kill 50% larvae and 90% that is 71.9 hours and 124.5 hours while the 76.8 hours and 128.1 hours of steepness. Therefore the most effective leaf to kill Plutella xylostella L. is bandotan leaf.
