[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Pemilihan supplier adalah suatu kegiatan penting yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan guna menentukan supplier mana yang nantinya akan menyuplai kebutuhan bahan baku produksi didalam perusahaan. Pihak perusahaan harus cermat dalam hal pemilihan supplier, karena jika perusahaan mengalami kesalahan dalam memilih suppliernya akan mengakibatkan peningkatan biaya pada proses produksi. Dalam melakukan pemilihan supplier sendiri dibutuhkan beberapa kriteria yang mana dari kriteria-kriteria tersebut nantinya akan dapat menggambarkan performa dari para supplier sehingga dengan adanya kriteria-kriteria tersebut dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan keputusan untuk memilih supplier. Terdapat berbagai macam metode yang dapat digunakan untuk proses pemilihan supplier, salah satunya adalah metode Linear Programming seperti yang telah digunakan peneliti dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini. Didalam penelitian ini nantinya akan didapatkan hasil berupa supplier terpilih sebagai alokasi pembelian bahan baku produksi perusahaan, dalam hal ini bahan bakunya berupa kayu dengan 3 jenis yaitu kayu mindi, kayu mahoni dan kayu jati. Supplier selection is an important activity that must be done by the company to determine which suppliers will be supplying the raw material needs of production within the company. The company must be careful in terms of supplier selection, because if the company experienced a mistake in choosing the supplier will lead to increased costs in the production process. In the selection of suppliers themselves required some criteria which of these criteria will be able to describe the performance of the suppliers so that the existence of these criteria can help companies in determining the decision to choose suppliers. There are various methods that can be used for the supplier selection process, one of which is the method of Linear Programming as has been used by researchers in completing this research. In this research will be obtained the results of selected suppliers as the allocation of raw material purchase of the company's production, in this case the raw material in the form of wood with 3 types of mindi wood, mahogany and teak wood.
