Lada merupakan raja rempah yang dijadikan sebagai strategi pengembalian kejayaan rempah. Hal ini dibuktikan pemerintah melakukan pengembangan perluasan, intensifikasi dan rehabilitasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekspor komoditas Lada. Jerman adalah salah satu negara tujuan ekspor Lada Indonesia, produsen Lada Jerman selain Indonesia yaitu Brazil, Vietnam, China dan India. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui daya saing lima negara produsen (Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, China dan India) di Jerman dan faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor Lada Indonesia di Jerman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Revealed Comparative Advantage dan metode Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh pada ekspor Lada Indonesia di Jerman. Hasil RCA menunjukan dari lima negara produsen, terdapat empat negara produsen lada memiliki daya saing (RCA>1) dengan nilai rata-rata Brazil 34,25, Vietnam 87,11, Indonesia 41,26 dan India 11,36. Sedangkan untuk China memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,18 (RCA<1) selama tahun 1991-2015. Faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor Lada di Jerman adalah nila RCA, sedangkan produksi, harga ekspor dan nilai tukar tidak bepengaruh. Pepper is the king of spices that serve as a strategy of spice glorification. This is proved by the government that develops the expansion, intensification and rehabilitation to meet the export needs of Pepper commodities. Germany is one of the export destinations of Indonesia Pepper, producers of Germany Pepper besides Indonesia are Brazil, Vietnam, China and India.. The purpose of this study is to determine the competitiveness of the five producing countries (Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, China and India) in Germany and the factors affecting Indonesia Pepper exports in Germany. The method that is used in this study is Revealed Comparative Advantage and Multiple Linear Regression method to know the factors that affect the export of Indonesia Pepper in Germany. The RCA results show that from the five producing countries, there are four competing pepper producing countries (RCA>1) with Brazil average of 34,25, Vietnam 87.11, Indonesia 41.26 and India 11.36. Meanwhile, China has average value of 0,18 (RCA<1) during the year 1991-2015. Factors that affect the volume of pepper exports in Germany are RCA value, while production, export prices and exchange rates are not influential.
