ABSTRAK Proses produksi merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan yang paling penting dalam pelaksanaan produksi disuatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi Mie Endess Bangkalan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan dua tipe yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriftif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pengamatan langsung, Studi Literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi Mie pada Mie Endess Bangkalan, selama 15 minggu yang paling banyak terjual dibandingkan jenis mie lainnya adalah Mie Endess Cornet. Hasil penjualan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Mie Endess topping cornet adalah jenis mie yang paling banyak diminati dibandingkan ke tiga jenis Mie Endess lainnya, sedangkan Mie Sea Food adalah jenis mie yang kurang diminati oleh konsumen, maka perusahaan membuat anggaran produksi secara terperinci untuk mengetahui jumlah unit produk yang akan datang. ABSTRACT The production process is a form of the most important activity in the implementation of production in a company. This research aims to know the production process of Mie Endess Bangkalan. This type of research uses two types of qualitative research descriptive and quantitative by using primary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation, Literature Studies and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the production process of Noodles in Mie Endess Bangkalan, for 15 weeks the most widely sold than other types of noodles is Mie Endess Cornet. The sales results show that Mie Endess topping cornet is the most popular type of noodles compared to the other three types of Mie Endess, while Mie Sea Food is a type of noodles that are less desirable by consumers, then the company creates a production budget in detail to know the number of product units will come.
