Program Studi Sosiologi Fakutas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Budaya Universitas Trunojoyo Madura.” Eksploitasi Penenun Tikar Tradisional (Studi Kasus Penenun Tikar Tradisional Pada Home Industry Tenun Tikar di Desa Kepuhsari Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan)” Home Industry tenun tikar tradisional merupakan sebuah perusahaan tenun yang memproduksi tikar, berlokasi di Desa Kepuhsari Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan. Dari sekian banyak Home industry tenun tikar salah satu Home Industry yang ada di Desa Kepuhsari Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan adalah Home industry milik Bapak Purwanto dan istrinya Ibu Titik Handayani. Di dalam Home industry tenun tikar terdapat 143 orang pekerja. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pekerja adalah masalah hak-hak pekerja yang dilihat dari waktu dan pembagian upah kerja yang tidak seimbang. Pemilik kurang memperhatikan nilai keadilan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja tersebut. Selain itu, Dalam hal perjanjian antara pihak pengusaha dengan pihak pekerja belum diterapkan perjanjian secara tertulis maupun lisan sehingga ada tindak kesemena-menaan, sehingga tidak ada ketentuan yang baku yang berujung pada pengeksploitasian. Dengan alasan itu penulis meneliti bagaimana bentuk pengeksploitasian pada pekerja home industry tenun tikar yang berada di Desa Kepuhsari Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan? Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Setelah data-data terkumpul maka penulis menganalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pisau analisis teori eksploitasi dari Karl Marx. In the home industry weaving mats there are 143 workers. The problem often faced by workers is the issue of workers rights which are seen from the time and the distribution of unbalanced work wages. Owner pay less attention to the value of justice perceived by the worker. Besides, In the case of an agreement between the employer and the employee has not been applied in written or verbal agreement there is no act arbitrarily, so it can be said there is no standard provisions that lead to exploitation. For that reason the author examines how the form of exploitation on home industry worker weaving mat in Kepuhsari Villagei Mantup District Lamongan Regency?. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive field research with case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Sources of data in this study there are two primary data sources and secondary data sources. After the data collected the authors analyzed by using qualitative descriptive method with blade analysis of exploitation theory from Karl Marx Keywords: Home Industry of weaving mats, Worker Exploitation.
