Produksi tahu merupakan salah satu produk unggulan di Desa Sumbermulyo perlu dikembangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor seperti modal, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku mempengaruhi hasil produksi di Desa Sumbermulyo baik secara secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur terhadap 56 pengusaha tahu yang dipilih melalui metode sampling, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui referensi terkait dan penelitian sebelumnya, dan selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ketiga variabel yaitu modal, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap produksi tahu. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh variabel dependen sebesar 98,52% dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.985271 dan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi adalah bahan baku.

Tofu production is one of excellence products in Sumbermulyo village which is required to be well-developed. This study aims to reveal whether the factors such as capital, employment, raw materials influenced the products in Sumbermulyo both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study deals with the primary and secondary data. The primary data are collected through well-organized interviews to 56 Tofu industrialists which are chosen by sampling method. Meanwhile, the secondary data are collected through the related references and the previous studies. Then, the collected data will be analyzed by using doubled regression linear. The result shows that partially, the three variables; they are capital, employment and raw materials. They bring the positive and significance impacts. Simultaneously, those three variables are influential of Tofu production. It can be well-drawn that the influencing of dependent variable is 98,52% with the coefficient of determination is 0,985271 and the most influential dominant variable is the raw materials.
