ABSTRAK Pengukuran kinerja produksi memiliki relevasi yang kuat untuk mewujudkan tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja pada perusahaan. Peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi kinerja fasilitas atau peralatan produksi. Mesin Molins MK-8 merupakan mesin linting dan juga mesin utama produksi rokok kretek pada perusahaan rokok ABC yang akan dievaluasi efektifitasnya. Pengukuran evektifitas mesin Molins MK-8 dapat dilakukan dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Dalam perhitungan OEE mengukur efektifitas terdapat tiga poin yaitu availability, performance dan quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata availability yaitu 90,04%, performance yaitu 73,07 % dan quality 98,62. Sehingga rata-rat nilai OEE selama bulan Januari sampai bulan Oktober didapatkan 64,88%, nilai tersebut rendah dari nilai yang ditetapkan word class yaitu 85%. Relatif rendahnya nilai OEE setelah dianalisis menggunakan diagram sebab akibat perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan mesin molins MK-8 atau kegiatan preventive maintenance, pelatihan operator, dibentuknya tim teknisi dan dibuatnya cleaning room untuk menhindari breakdown mesin. ABSTRACT Measurement of production performance has strong relevance to realize the level of effectiveness and work efficiency in the company. Increased production can be done by evaluating the performance of production facilities or equipment. The Molins MK-8 machine is a rolling machine and also the main engine for the production of clove cigarettes in ABC cigarette companies whose effectiveness will be evaluated. The effectiveness of Molins MK-8 machine can be measured using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. In the OEE calculation measuring effectiveness there are three points, namely availability, performance and quality. The results showed that the availability average was 90.04%, performance was 73.07% and quality was 98.62. So that the average OEE value from January to October was 64.88%, the value was lower than the value set by word class, which was 85%. The relatively low OEE value after being analyzed using a causal diagram needs to be done maintenance of the MK-8 molins machine or preventive maintenance activities, operator training, the formation of a technician team and making a cleaning room to avoid engine breakdown.
