ABSTRAK Muafi, Pengaruh Corporate Social Responbility dan Good Corporate Governance Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2014-2016). Dibawah bimbingan Achdiar Redy Setiawan, S.E., MSA., Ak., CA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel corporate social responbility yang diproksikan dengan corporate social responbility index (CSRI) dan variabel good corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan komisaris independen, dewan direksi dan komite audit, terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Tobin’s Q pada perusahaan manufaktur di indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responbility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan ukuran dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, komite audit berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACK Muafi, Effect of Corporate Social Responbility and Good Corporate Governance on Corporate Values (Empirical Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for 2014-2016). Under the guidance of Achdiar Redy Setiawan, S.E., MSA., Ak., CA. This research aims to test the effect between variables corporate social responbilty represented with the corporate social responbility index (CSRI), and variables good coorporate governance represented with the independent commissioners, board of directors and audit committees on value of the company with Tobin's Q at manufacturing companies in Indonesia . The sampling technique of this research using a purposive sampling and techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 23 software. The results and conclusions of this research shows that the corporate social responbility did not have an effect on value of the company corporate social responbility index (CSRI), the independent commissioners did not have an effect on value of the company, the board of directors did not have an effect on value of the company, the audit committees positive effect on on value of the company.
