[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang terkenal dengan hasil pertanian dan perkebunan. Salah satu hasil pertanian yang cukup berpotensi di Indonesia adalah jagung. Provinsi penghasil jagung terbesar adalah Jawa Timur. Dan salah satu daerah penghasil jagung di Jawa Timur adalah Madura. Dengan hasil jagung pada tahun 2018 adalah 699,106 Ton. Oleh karna hasil jagung yang melimpah maka pengambangan produk jagung mutlak untuk dilakukan. Salah satunya menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) fase kedua yaitu alat perencanaan yang dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan mengevaluasi produk. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan desain produk nasi jagung madura instan. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil 11 proses tahapan yang dilakukan untuk membuat produk nasi jagung madura instan. Dan dari proses tersebut diketahui bahwa proses yang harus paling diperhatikan adalah proses perebusan, proses sortasi dan proses pengeringan berdasarkan 3 poin tertinggi dari nilai derajat kepentingan Quality Function Deploytment (QFD) fase kedua desain produk.

Indonesia is an agricultural country that is famous for its agricultural and plantation products. One of the potential agricultural products in Indonesia is corn. The biggest corn producing province is East Java. And one of the corn producing areas in East Java is Madura. With the yield of corn in 2018 it is 699.106 tons. Because of the abundant yield of corn, the corn product is absolutely necessary. One of them uses the second phase Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, a planning tool that can be used to meet customer needs and evaluate products. The research aimed to get instant Madura corn rice product design. From this study, the results of 11 stages were carried out to make instant Madura corn rice products. And from the process it is known that the process that must be considered most is the boiling process, the sorting process and the drying process based on the 3 highest points of the value of the importance of the second phase of the Quality Function Deploytment (QFD) product design.
