Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pembelajaran problem posing dengan media fotonovela untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen menggunakan Pre Experimental Design dengan tehnik Nonprobability Sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di MTs Sabiila Haq Batumarmar dengan populasi siswa kelas VIII Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara pretest dan posttest yang menggunakan pembelajaran problem posing dengan media fotonovela. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan nilai singnifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kategori H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa setelah diterapkan pembelajaran problem posing dengan media fotonovela diperoleh rata-rata presentase pretest sebesar 35,75 kriteria kurang kreatif, dan rata-rata presentasa posttest sebesar 74 kriteria cukup kreatif. (3) Respons siswa setelah diterapkan pembelajaran problem posing dengan media fotonovela diperoleh indikator tertinggi adalah indikator bahasa sebesar 86,5 kategori sangat baik. (4) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran problem posing dengan media fotonovela diperoleh rata-rata 95,8 % dengan kriteria hampir seluruh aktivitas terlaksana.

The research was conducted by the researcher to determine the differences between problem posing learning with the media of fotonovela for training students creative thinking. The research used experiment and experimental design with nonprobability sampling technique. The research was conducted in MTs sabiilal haq exactly in batumarmar with student population of VIII in the year of 2018/2019. In taking the data of technique the researcher used purposive sampling. To collect the data the researcher used test, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. In analysing technique of data the researcher used the test in pairing. And the result of the researcher are: (1) there was the differences of student creative thinking with pre-test and post-test that used problem posing learning and the media of fotonovela. These result show to the researcher about the significant result of 0,000< 0,05 with category that H0 refused and H1 accepted. (2) students creative thinking skill after applied problem posing learning with fotonovela media obtained the average pre test percentage of 35.75 creative less,. And the average post test presentation was 74 criteria quite creative.(3). Student response after applying problem posing learning with fotonovela media amounted to 82.1 very good categories. (4). The implementation of problem posing learning with fotonovela was obtained an average of 95,8% with the criteria that almost all activities were carried out
