Dalam upaya melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013, guru masih mengalami permasalahan. Oleh sebab itu perlu diidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sehingga permasalahan yang ditemui dapat diatasi.Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan proses pembelajaran yaitu guru, peserta didik, sarana dan prasarana, serta lingkungan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru mengenai pendekatan saintifik, (2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran saintifik, (3) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas 1, 2, 4, dan 5, serta siswa kelas 4 dan 5 UPTD SDN Socah 3. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru di UPTD SDN Socah 3 telah memahami pendekatan saintifik. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan kegiatan yaotu kegiatan awal, inti, dan penutup. Sedangkan pembelajaran saintifik nampak dalam kegiatan inti berupa 5M (3) faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran saintifik antara lain, faktor guru, faktor peserta didik, serta faktor sarana dan prasarana.

In an effort to carry out learning using the scientific approach, teachers still found problems. Therefore it is necessary to identify the factors that obstacle the implementation of learning, so that the problems encountered can be overcome. There are several factors that can affect the activities of the learning process, there are teachers, students, facilities and infrastructure, and the environment. the objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the teacher's understanding of the scientific approach, (2) to find out the implementation of scientific learning , (3) to find out the obstacle factors in implementing scientific learning in 2013 curriculums. The type of research is a case study, research subjects were principals, teachers in 1th, 2nd , 4th , and 5th grade, as well as 4th and 5th grade students of UPTD SDN Socah 3. Data collection techniques is interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The teacher at the UPTD SDN Socah 3 has understood the scientific approach. (2) The implementation of learning is divided into three stages, the initial, core and closing activities. While scientific learning appears in the core activities in the form of 5M (3) Obstacle factors in the implementation of scientific learning, among others, teacher factors, student factors, as well as facilities and infrastructure factors.
