[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan perlindungan hukum terhadap whistleblowing intention pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pusat PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan langsung kuesioner kepada responden yang bersangkutan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi liniear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan perlindungan hukum terhadap whistleblowing intention pegawai. Keseluruhan data dalam penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, (1) sikap, norma subjektif dan perlindungan hukum secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap whistleblowing intention pegawai, (2) persepsi kontrol perilaku secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap whistleblowing intention pegawai, (3) sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan perlindungan hukum secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap whistleblowing intention pegawai

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control and legal protection against employee whistleblowing intention. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Head Office. The research sample was selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control and legal protection against employee whistleblowing intention. All data in this study were tested using SPSS 21.0 for Windows software. The results of the study prove that, (1) attitudes, subjective norms and legal protection partially have an influence on employee whistleblowing intention, (2) perception of behavior control partially does not have influence on employee whistleblowing intention, (3) attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of control behavior and legal protection together or simultaneously influence the employee's whistleblowing intention
