Skripsi ini tentang Opini Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Budaya Universitas Trunojoyo Madura Terhadap Proses Belajar Mengaja Dikelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana opini mahasiswa FISIB UTM terhadap proses belajar mengajar dikelas di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Budaya UTM. Dari tujuan tersebut kemudian akan dijelaskan dengan mengunakan teori opini publik.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan format deskriptif survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwadari 300 responden yang diteliti, responden dari 4 (empat) jurusan, yakni Ilmu Komunikasi, Sosiologi, Sastra Inggris, dan Psikologiyang pernah melakukan kegiatan ini sebanyak 192 responden. Dan responden dari 4 (empat) jurusan yang setuju kegiatan ini perlu adanya inovasi baru sebanyak 281 responden. Karena dalam proses belajar mengajar perlu adanya komunikasi yang efektif antara dosen dengan mahasiswa. Maka perlunya penambahan inovasi, agar terciptanya komunikasi yang lebih efektif serta membuat mahasiswa merasa puas dengan kegiatan ini, serta mempunyai pengetahuan yang luas, sikap yang kritis dan berperilaku yang baik untuk mendukung kegiatan proses belajar mengajar ini.

This thesis about the opinion of faculty of social and cultural sciences, university of trunojoyomadura’s Students (FISIB UTM) toward teaching and learning process in the class. This research aim to know the opinion of FISIB’s students toward teaching and learning process in the class in Faculty of Social and Culrural Sciences, University of Trunojoyo Madura. From the aim above, it will be explained uses public opinion theory.The method is used in this research is quantitative research method with descriptive observation format. The results of this research show that from 300 respondents are researched, the respondents from for study programs are Communication Sciences, Sociology, English and Psychology study program that ever doing this activity with 192 respondents, and respondent from four study programs who agree that this activity needs new innovation are 281 respondents. It caused by teaching and learning process need effective communication between lecturer and student. So, it needs increasing of innovation to create more effective communication and also to make student satisfied with this activit, and have extensive knowledge, critical attitude and good behavior to support this teaching and learning process.
