Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial pasangan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga kerja wanita Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan sosial pasangan dan skala Kesejahteraan Psikologis berbentuk skala likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 23.0 Statistic for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi (r) sebesar 0,376 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) yang artinya hipotesis diterima, oleh karena itu hasil penelitian menunjukan dukungan sosial pasangan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis.

This research aims to investigate in influence social support of the couple to the psychological well being of Madurace female Workes. This study usesquantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. The number of sample in this study are 100 people. The data collection techniques use social support of the couple scale and psychological well being scale in the form of ordinal scale scholary proposed by likert. The data analysis in this study uses parametrics statistics with simple linear regression carried out with the help of the SPSS 23.00 program Statistic or Windows. Based of the results of the data analysis, the result of coefisien regresi is 0,376 with significance of 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), which mean that the hypothesis is accepted, therefore the results of this study show that there is an influence the social support of the couple to psychological well being affects the level of adversity quotient
