UKM Kerajinan Tas Sidoarjo merupakan produk unggulan Sidoarjo yang membantu perekonomian masyarakat khususnya daerah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. UKM Kerajinan Tas Sidoarjo memproduksi bermacam-macam jenis tas dan koper dengan berbagai ukuran, model, dan variasinya. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu terdapat sebagaian pekerja yang bekerja kurang maksimal, terlambat mengumpulkan hasil pekerjaan, kurang kreativitas dalam melakukan pekerjannya, dan datang bekerja tidak tepat waktu. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi bisa karena kurangnya motivasi kerja, dan keterbatasan lingkungan tempat bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja pada UKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis apabila nilai p-value < 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan valid, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dari pekerja UKM, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dari pekerja UKM.

The results are based on testing the hypothesis if the p-value <0.05 can be said to be valid, the work environment does not affect the performance of SME workers, while work motivation affects the performance of SME workers.
