Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. 2020. xi + 71 halaman, 16 lampiran Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gratitude terhadap kepuasan hidup pada komunitas HIV/AIDS "Friendship Plus - Sebaya Kediri". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota komunitas HIV/AIDS dengan jumlah 137 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala gratitude dan skala kepuasan hidup. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 23 for windows.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai F 195,948 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh gratitude terhadap kepuasan hidup pada komunitas HIV/AIDS "Friendship Plus - Sebaya Kediri". Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) yaitu sebesar 0,592, dimana artinya gratitude mempengaruhi kepuasan hidup sebesar 59,2% dan 40,8 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,769 dapat diidentifikasikan bahwa terdapat korelasi dengan kategori kuat antara skala gratitude dan kepuasan hidup.
