Pabrik Pupuk PT. Sumekar Abdi Sejahtera Saronggi merupakan salah satu pabrik pupuk dengan bahan – bahan organik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) dengan perbaikan menggunakan Fishbone Diagram. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Nilai overall equipment effectiveness mesin pan granulator Pabrik Pupuk PT. Sumekar Abdi Sejahtera pada Agustus 2019 hingga Januari 2020 didapatkan hasil rata – rata sebesar 35,554 %. Presentase tersebut belum memenuhi Standar Internasional yaitu sebesar 85%. Berdasarkan analisa nilai overall equipment effectiveness dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat dapat diperoleh solusi terkait kinerja proses mesin pan granulator dari faktor manusia yaitu perlunnya pengawasan secara berkala dari kepala produksi, membuat catatan pemeliharaan mesin dan merekrut tenaga teknisi khusus, faktor mesin dengan penambahan alat automatic detector apabila mesin tidak bekerja dalam keadaan normal atau terdapat kerusakan pada mesin dan pengecekan mesin secara berkala, faktor bahan yaitu operator menyaring bahan terlebih dahulu sebelum masuk ke mesin pan granulator, sehingga hasil produksi mesin pan granulator mampu memenuhi standar dan tidak adanya gangguan dalam proses produksi sehingga mesin bekerja dengan efektif dan untuk faktor metode yaitu perusahaan lebih jelas menyampaikan SOP kepada para pekerja sehingga pekerja lebih memahami akan prosedur yang tepat dalam bekerja.

Fertilizer Factory PT. Sumekar Abdi Sejahtera Saronggi is a fertilizer factory with organic ingredients. This study uses the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method with improvements using the Fishbone Diagram. The results of this study are the overall equipment value effectiveness of pan granulator machine PT. Sumekar Abdi Sejahtera in August 2019 to January 2020 obtained an average yield of 35.554%. The percentage does not meet the International Standards, which is 85%. Based on the analysis of the value of overall equipment effectiveness by using cause and effect diagrams can be obtained solutions related to the performance of the pan granulator machine process from human factors, namely the need for periodic supervision of the head of production, making records of machine maintenance and recruiting special technicians, machine factors with the addition of an automatic detector if the machine does not work in normal conditions or there is damage to the machine and checking machines on a regular basis, the material factor is the operator filters the material before entering the pan granulator machine, so that the pan granulator machine production results are able to meet the standards and there is no disruption in the production process so that the machine work effectively and for method factors, namely the company more clearly submits SOPs to workers so that workers better understand the proper procedures for working.
