Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk vermikompos terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-April 2020 di Kebun Percobaan Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dengan ketinggian tempat ± 5 mdpl. Rancangan lingkungan menggunakan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, perlakuan terdiri dari P0 (kontrol/tanpa pupuk), P1 (213 g/polybag), P2 (631 g/polybag), P3 (1.259 g/polybag), dan P4 (1.887 g/polybag). Data pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam (ANSIRA), dan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jarak Duncan (BNJD) taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk vermikompos memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, umur mulai berbunga, bobot basah dan bobot kering brangkasan, jumlah buah, panjang buah, diameter buah, bobot segar buah, dan kandungan flavonoid. Dosis pupuk vermikompos 1.887 g/polybag (P4) menunjukkan hasil terbaik dibandingkan dengan dosis lainya. Namun, pada beberapa parameter berbeda tidak nyata dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk 631 g/polybag (P2) dan 1,259 g/polybag (P3).

This research was conducted to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilizer doses on growth and yield of okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench). This research was conducted in January-April 2020 at the Agroecotechnology Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Trunojoyo University, Madura with an altitude of ± 5 mdpl. The environmental design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and repeated 4 times, the treatments consisted of P0 (control / without fertilizer), P1 (213 g / polybag), P2 (631 g / polybag), P3 (1,259 g / polybag), and P4 (1.887 g / polybag). The observation data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and further test of Duncan's Distance Significant Difference (BNJD) with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the dosage treatment of vermicompost fertilizer had a significant effect on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, age of flowering, wet and dry weight of stover, number of fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter, fresh fruit weight, and flavonoid content. The vermicompost fertilizer dose of 1,887 g / polybag (P4) showed the best results compared to other doses. However, several parameters were not significantly different with the treatment of fertilizer doses of 631 g / polybag (P2) and 1.259 g / polybag (P3).
