Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui permintaan masyarakat Kabupaten Situbondo akan air bersih pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM). Dengan data masing-masing kabupaten per Kecamatan yang diperoleh dari data PDAM Situbondo, BPS Situbondo, dan badan pusat daerah Situbondo. Dalam penelitian ini menulis menggunakan metode panel data dengan model estimasi OLS (ordinary least square). Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa harga air PDAM memiliki korelasi positif terhadap permintaan air pada PDAM, artinya ketika harga air naik maka permintaan air pada PDAM ikut meningkat. Kemudian PDRB perkapita Kabupaten Situbondo dan jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Situbondo berpegaruh positif terhadap permintaan air bersih pada PDAM, artinya ketika PDRB perkapita meningkat maka permintaan air bersih pada PDAM ikut meningkat, begitu pula dengan jumlah penduduk yang juga berpengaruh positif. Sedangkan jumlah rumah tangga dan jumlah industri di Kabupaten Situbondo tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah permintaan air bersih pada PDAM.

This study aims to analyze and find out the demand of the people of Situbondo Regency for clean water at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). With data from each district per district, obtained from data from PDAM Situbondo, BPS Situbondo, and the Situbondo regional central agency. In this research, writing using panel data method with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) estimation model. In this research, it is known that the price of PDAM water has a positive correlation with the demand for water at PDAM, meaning that when the price of water increases, the demand for water from the PDAM also increases. Then the PDRB per capita of Situbondo Regency and the population of Situbondo Regency have a positive effect on the demand for clean water in the PDAM, meaning that when the PDRB per capita increases, the demand for clean water in the PDAM also increases, as well as the population which also has a positive effect. Meanwhile, the number of households and the number of industries in Situbondo Regency do not have a significant effect on the total demand for clean water at the PDAM.
