Padi merupakan tanaman pangan yang menjadi makanan pokok bagi seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia. Kabupaten Lamongan termasuk salah satu kabupaten dengan produksi yang tinggi setiap tahunnya. Namun, dua tahun belakangan ini produksi padi di Lamongan mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil produksi petani padi dan mengetahui tingkat efisiensi teknisnya di Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Fungsi Produksi Cobb Douglas Frontier Stochastic. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pertanian dan BPS Kabupaten dengan jenis data time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil produksi padi yaitu subsidi pupuk organik dan subsidi benih hibrida dan 94,2 persen petani di Lamongan sudah mencapai efisiensi teknis.

Rice is a food plant that is the staple food for all people in Indonesia. Lamongan Regency is one of the districts with high production every year. However, in the past two years, rice production in Lamongan has decreased. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the yield of rice farmers and to find out the level of technical efficiency in Lamongan Regency. The method of analysis in this study is the Cobb Douglas Frontier Stochastic Production Function. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Agriculture Office and District BPS with the type of time series data. The results showed that there were 2 factors that influenced rice production, namely subsidies for organic fertilizers and subsidies for hybrid seeds and 94,2 percent of farmers in Lamongan had achieved technical efficiency.
