Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya transaksi berupa atribut perilaku dari aktor, struktur tata kelola, atribut transaksi, dan biaya produksi terhadap keuntungan industri bordir di Kecamatan Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari 30 responden yang menjadi pelaku usaha bordir di Kecamatan Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung kepada responden yaitu para pelaku usaha bordir di Kecamatan Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan metode simple random sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan metode deep interview pada setiap kegiatan wawancara dengan pelaku usaha. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel Atribut perilaku dari aktor, struktur tata kelola, biaya resiko, dan variabel biaya pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 (atribut perilaku aktor) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha bordir. Variabel X2 (struktur tata kelola) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha bordir. Variabel X3 (biaya resiko) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keuntungan industri bordir. Variabel X4 (biaya pelaksanaan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan industri bordir.

Under the guidance of Titov Chuk’s Mayvani, S.E, M.E This study aims to analyze the effect of transaction costs in the form of behavioral attributes of actors, governance structures, transaction attributes, and production costs on the profits of the embroidery industry in Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. This study took the data from 30 respondents who became embroidery business actors in Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with quantitative research approach. The method of collecting data is through direct interviews with respondents, namely embroidery business actors in Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency, with the simple random sampling method. The number of respondents in this study ware 30 respondents using the deep interview method in every interview activity with business actors. The variables used in this study include behavioral attributes of actors, governance structures, cost of risk, and implementation cost variables. The result of this study showed that variable X1 (actor behavior attribute) has a negative and significant effect on the profits of the embroidery business. Then the second, Variable X2 (governance structure) has a positive and significant effect on the profits of the embroidery business. The third, Variable X3 (cost of risk) has a positive and insignificant effect on the profits of the embroidery industry. The fourth, Variable X4 (implementation cost) has a positive and significant effect on the profits of the embroidery industry.
