[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Implementasi E-Procurement, Sistem Dan Prosedur Pengadaan Terhadap Fraud Prevention Pengadaan Barang Dan Jasa Dengan Kualitas Panitia Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Pada Skpd Empat Kabupaten Di Madura). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner ebagai instrumen pengukuran. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 24. Analisis linier berganda dan Uji MRA digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-procurement berpengaruh terhadap fraud prevention pengadaan barang dan jasa serta mampu dimoderasi oleh kualitas panitia dan sistem dan prosedur tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraud prevention serta beum mampu di moderasi kualitas panitia pada fraud prevention pengadaan barang dan jasa.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the implementation of e-procurement, procurement systems and procedures on fraud prevention in the procurement of goods and services with committee quality as a moderating variable (study of four regencies in Madura). This study uses this approach using a quantitative approach and primary data in the form of a questionnaire as a measurement instrument. The method of analysis was carried out using SPSS 24. Multiple linear analysis and MRA test were used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of e-procurement has an effect on fraud prevention in the procurement of goods and services and is able to be moderated by the quality of the committee and systems and procedures have no effect on fraud prevention and has not been able to moderate the quality of the committee on the fraud prevention of procurement of goods and services.
