Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Job Rotation dan Religiusitas Terhadap Fraud Prevention Dengan Organizational Justice Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Se-Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengukuran. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 24. Analisis linier berganda dan Uji MRA digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job rotation berpengaruh terhadap fraud prevention dan mampu dimoderasi oleh organizational justice, sedangkan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraud prevention dan belum mampu dimoderasi oleh organizational justice pada fraud prevention.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the job rotation and religiosity on fraud prevention with organizational justice as a moderation variable in Cooperative Save And Sharia Financing (KSPPS) in Madura island. This study uses this approach using a quantitative approach and primary data in the form of a questionnaire as a measurement instrument. The method of analysis was carried out using SPSS 24. Multiple linear analysis and MRA test were used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that job rotation has on effects in fraud prevention and can be moderated by organizational justice, while religiosity has no effect on fraud prevention and has not been able to be moderated by organizational justice in fraud prevention.
