[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Raja Tempe merupakan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) yang bergerak dibidang industri olahan makanan berupa tempe. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengoptimalkan hasil produksi tempe, dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal didalam perusahaan. Data yang digunakan berupa data yang dikumpulkan melalui seumber utama dengan wawancara secara langsung. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan dalam mengoptimalkan hasil produksi dapat diselesaikan dengan menerapkan Linear Programming. Linear Programming merupakan cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah optimasi produksi dengan menggunakan Metode simplek. Simplek merupakan metode dalam program liniear dengan penyelesaiannya menggunakan variabel lebih dari satu untuk mencari nilai optimum. Hasil perhitungan optimasi produksi tempe menggunakan linear programming metode simpleks dengan penngunaan bahan baku 65kg menghasilkan Kemasan Kecil 1528, Kemasan Sedang 300, dan Kemasan Besar 50, dan menghasilkan Keuntungan sebesar Rp. 3.298.822. Dari keuntungan perusahaan diperoleh perhitungan sebesar Rp. 2.645.630. Selisih keuntungan perhitungan perusahaan dan metode simpleks sebesar Rp. 653.192.

Raja Tempe is an MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) which is engaged in the food processing industry in the form of tempeh. The research was conducted to find out how to optimize the production of tempe, and get maximum profit within the company. The data used in the form of data collected through the main source with direct interviews. To solve problems in optimizing production results can be solved by applying Linear Programming. Linear Programming is a way to solve production optimization problems using the simplex method. Simplex is a method in linear programming with the solution using more than one variable to find the optimum value. The results of the optimization calculation of tempe production using linear programming simplex method with the use of 65kg raw materials produce 1528 Small Packages, 300 Medium Packages, and 50 Large Packages, and generate a profit of Rp. 3,298,822. From the companys profits obtained a calculation of Rp. 2,645,630. The difference between the companys profit and the simplex method is Rp. 653,192.
