Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan bokashi dan dosis terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) lokal Sumenep. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan dengan tiga kali ulangan. Dosis bokashi yang digunakan yaitu 0 t/ha, 10 t/ha, 20 t/ha, 30 t/ha dan 40 t/ha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokashi tidak berpengaruh nyata pada panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot buah, diameter buah dan panjang buah mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) lokal Sumenep, pemberian bokashi terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan p4 dengan dosis 40 t/ha sehingga memberikan pengaruh nyata pada jumlah buah panen ke satu dan panen ke dua.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of bokashi from mahagoni litter on the growth and yield of local varieties of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) Sumenep. Experiment was arranged on a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of five treatments, namely application of bokashi at 0 (P0), 10 (P1), 20 (P2), 30 (P3) and 40 t/ha (P4). Each treatment was replicated for three times. The results of this study showed that bokashi had no significant effect on shoot length, number of leaves, leaf area, fruit weight, fruit diameter and fruit length of the cucumber ., Application of bokashi at 40 ton/ha (P4) had a significant effect on the number of fruits from the first and second harvest.
