Organisasi yang berhasil dan efektif merupakan organisasi dengan individu didalamnya memiliki kinerja yang baik. Kinerja suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang ada didalamnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu keselamatan dan ksehatan kerja (K3), kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan kerja fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di CV. Ali Radja Jombang secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana populasinya adalah karyawan CV. Ali Radja Jombang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling non random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (4) keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,325 terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,325 > 2,019541) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,025 < 0,05, variabel kedisiplinan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,289 terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,147 > 2,019541) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,038 < 0,05, variabel lingkungan kerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,280 terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,282 > 2,019541) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,028 < 0,05. Hasil uji F yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan antara keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (15,158 > 2,83) dan hasil adjusted r2 menjelaskan bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan kerja fisik dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 49,1%.

A successful and effective organization is an organization with individuals who have good performance. The performance of an organization is largely determined by the human resources in it. One of the factors that affect the employee performance in an organization company is occupational safety and health (OSH), discipline, and the physical work environment. The objective of this study is to identify the variables of occupational safety and health (OSH), discipline, and physical work environment on the employee performance in CV. Ali Radja Jombang partially simultaneously. This study uses quantitative method where the population is the employees of CV. Ali Radja Jombang with purposive sampling non random sampling method the sampling technique that obtains a sample of 45 respondents. The hypotheses in this study are: (1) occupational safety and health (OSH) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) occupational safety and health (OSH), discipline, and the physical work environment together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of the occupational safety and health (OSH) variable have an effect of 0.325 on employee performance with a value of tcount > ttable (2.325 > 2.019541) with a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05, the discipline variable has an effect of 0.289 on employee performance with a value of tcount > ttable (2.147 > 2.019541) with a significance value of 0.038 < 0.05, the physical work environment variable has an effect of 0.280 on employee performance with a value of tcount > ttable (2.282 > 2.019541) with a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. The results of the F test are that there is a simultaneous significant positive effect between occupational safety and health (OSH), discipline, and the physical work environment on employee performance, with Fcount > Ftable (15.158 > 2.83) and the results of adjusted r2 explains that the occupational safety and health (OSH), discipline, and physical work environment can explain employee performance variable by 49.1%.
