Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) dan giberelin terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) Tanaman tomat merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman hortikultura yang sangat banyak manfaatnya dapat sebagai sumber vitamin, gizi, dan bahan pembuat obat-obatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di greenhouse Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, Desa Telang, Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan pada bulan April 2022 sampai Juni 2022. Penelitian inirndilakukan dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan jumlah ulangan 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (P) terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: tanpa POC (P0), 1mL/L (P1), dan 3mL/L (P2). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi giberelin (G) terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: tanpa giberelin (G0), 100 ppm/L (G1), dan 200 ppm/L (G2). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pemberian pupuk organik cair dan giberelin berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, umur muncul bunga, jumlah buah pertanaman, bobot buah pertanaman, diameter buah pertanaman. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang terbaik adalah 3mL/L (P2) dan konsentrasi giberelin terbaik adalah 200 ppm/L (G2).

This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and gibberellins on the growth and yield of tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.). Tomato plant is one type of horticultural plant that has many benefits a source of vitamins, nutriens, and ingredients for making madicines. This research was conducted in the greenhouse of Trunojoyo Madura University, Telang Village, Kamal District, Bangkalan Regency from April 2022 to June 2022. This research was conducted using a completely randomized factorial design (CRD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the dose of liquid organic fertilizer (P) consisting of 3 levels, namely: without POC (P0), 1mL/L (P1), and 3mL/L (P2). The second factor is the dose of gibberellins (G) consisting of 3 levels, namely: without gibberellins (G0), 100 ppm/L (G1), and 200 ppm/L (G2). The results of this study were that the application of liquid organic fertilizer and gibberellins had an effect on the growth and yield of tomato plants on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, age of flower emergence, number of fruit planted, fruit weight planted, fruit diameter planted. The best dose of liquid organic fertilizer is 3mL/L (P2) and the best dose of gibberellins is 200 ppm/L (G2).
