Syarif, Drs.Ec.rnrnPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya jumlah pengurangan pengangguran di Madura yang tidak bersinergi dengan pelatihan kerja, motivasi dan modal usaha yang diberikan oleh BLK di Madura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) Pelatihan kerja terhadap pengurangan pengangguran, (2) Motivasi terhadap pengurangan pengangguran, (3) Modal usaha terhadap pengurangan pengangguran(4) Pelatihan kerja, motivasi, dan modal usaha secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap pengurangan pengangguran, (5) Motivasi adalah variabel dominan terhadap pengurangan pengangguran. Data yang digunakansebagai sampel pada penelitian ini adalah hasil pengamatan dan kuesioner menggunakan metode random sampling. Pengungkapan nilai kuesione rmenggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji t, uji f dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengurangan pengangguran. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengurangan pengangguran. (3) Modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengurangan pengangguran. (4) Pelatihan kerja, motivasi, dan modal usaha secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengurangan pengangguran. (5) Motivasi adalah variabel dominan diantara ketiga variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pengurangan pengangguran.

This research was motivated by the low number of unemployment reductions in Madura which did not synergize with job training, motivation and business capital provided by BLK in Madura. This study aims to determine the effect of (1) job training on reducing unemployment, (2) motivation on reducing unemployment, (3) working capital on reducing unemployment (4) job training, motivation, and working capital simultaneously (simultaneously) on reducing unemployment. (5) Motivation is the dominant variable in reducing unemployment. The data used a sample in this study is the result of observations and questionnaires using random sampling method. Disclosure of the value of the questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. The method of analysis in this study uses t-test analysis, f test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate (1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on reducing unemployment. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on reducing unemployment. (3) Business capital has a positive and significant effect on reducing unemployment. (4) Job training, motivation, and working capital simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on reducing unemployment.
