Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Muhammad Alkirom Wildan, S.E., M.SirnTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan di Kecamatan Kota Sumenep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner atau angket dengan teknik analisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana.rnHasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel dimana t-tabel 7,493 > 1.698. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial antara kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu Kecamatan di Kecamatan Kota Sumenep. Pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi yang dimiliki maka akan semakin tinggi pula kualitas pelayanan Paten di Kecamatan kota Sumenep. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R² sebesar 0,644. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Paten Kecamatah Kota Sumenep dipengaruhi sebesar 64,4% oleh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 33 respondents.
