ABSTRAKrnrnProduktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi proses kemajuan pada suatu perusahaan dalam menilai efisiensi pemakaian dari jumlah input untuk menghasilkan output yang tinggi dan berkualitas sehingga nantinya produk yang dihasilkan akan sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Fungsi dari produktivitas itu sendiri yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil output suatu perusahaan, mengurangi kerugian untuk mendapatkan keuntungan tinggi, meningkatkan kualitas, dan mengurangi biaya yang berkaitan dengan tingkat produksi. Produktivitas berbeda dengan produksi. Tujuan dari produktivitas ini untuk mendapatkan nilai output yang tinggi dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya dan efisiensi yang ada. Untuk meningkatkan produksi di suatu perusahaan diperlukan adanya peningkatan produktivitas agar hasil yang diperoleh dapat sesuai dengan target yang ingin dicapai. Produktivitas dapat dihitung dengan membagi keluaran dan masukan. Siklus produktivitas merupakan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas yang melibatkan struktur organisasi yang formal dari level atas sampai level rendah produktivitas atau yang disebut dengan input dan output dari produksi suatu kegitan yang menghasilkan barang maupun jasa. Produktivitas beda dengan produksi, dimana produktivitas merupakan hasil yang diperoleh dari kegitan produksi. Sedangkan produksi merupakan kegiatan yang dapat menghasilkan barang atau jasa. Tujuan dilakukan penenlitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur dan meningkatkan produktivitas dengan cara mengetahui hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiviness (OEE) dan mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya produktivitas hasil produksi dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat (Fihsbone) dan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) sehingga dapat dilakukan langkah-langkah perbaikan. Berdasarkan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiviness (OEE) periode Januari-Desember 2021. Didapat hasil produktivitas di PT Garam (Persero) unit Camplong masih dibawah standar 85% yang disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain Mesin, Manusia, Material dan Metode.
