Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan, respon siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap modul IPA terpadu tipe webbed tema tape ketan sebagai bahan ajar siswa di SMP Nasyrul Ulum di Desa Aengdake, Kecamatan Bluto, Kabupaten Sumenep pada materi bioteknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (RnD) dengan desain pengembangan Borg and Gall yang menggunakan one shot case study design. Sampel sebanyak 26 siswa di kelas IX tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul IPA terpadu tipe webbed tema tape ketan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran sesuai dengan hasil validasi media sebesar 81,25%, reliabilitas ahli media sebesar 92,85%, validasi ahli materi sebesar 95,31%, reliabilitas ahli materi sebesar 94,63% angket respon siswa sebesar 81,81%, dan angket motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 81,69%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul IPA terpadu tipe webbed tema tape ketan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX. Saran untuk riset selanjutnya ialah sebaiknya modul IPA terpaddu tipe webbed dapat dikembangkan lagi secara mendalam oleh peneliti lainnya.

The purpose of this research was to determine the feasibility, student responses, and students' learning motivation for the integrated science module with the webbed type with the sticky tape theme a teaching material for students at Nasyrul Ulum Junior High School in Aengdake Village, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency on biotechnology materials. This research uses a Research and Development (RnD) type of research with a Borg and Gall development design that uses a one shot case study design. Sample was 26 students at 9th grade in 2021/2022 academic year. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation. The results showed that the integrated science module with the type of webbed sticky rice tape theme was suitable for use in learning according to the results of media validation of 81.25%, media expert reliability of 92.85%, material expert validation of 95.31%, material expert reliability of 94 ,63%, student response questionnaire of 81.81%, and student learning motivation questionnaire of 81.69%. All the result showed that, the integrated science module with the webbed type with the tape ketan, increased the learning motivation at 9th grade students. Suggestions for further research is that it is better if the webbed type integrated science module can be further developed in depth by other researchers.
