Dinas Pendidikan atau DISDIK Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan suatu unsur pelaksana di bidang Pendidikan dan dipimpin oleh Kepala Dinas dengan kedudukan serta tanggung jawab di bawah Bupati melalui Sekertaris Daerah. Salah satu platform yang ada dalam Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bojonegoro yaitu website. Dengan adanya website maka informasi yang kita sampaikan akan mudah di akses oleh banyak pihak. Tentunya sebuah website memiliki kekurangan di dalamnya sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas website itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur kualitas dari website Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 sebagai acuan pembuatan kuisioner yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction. Sedangkan metode User Experience Questionnarie (UEQ) digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran, karena metode UEQ dapat memberikan hasil pengukuran yang komprehensif terhadap pengalaman dari pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, responden yang dipilih yaitu siswa-siswi SMA dan SMK serta Tenaga Pengajar atau Guru di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan sample 609 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dari tiga aspek pada webqual, yaitu Usabillity, Information Quality dan Iteraction Quality diperoleh nilai Total Webqual Index 0,67 nilai tersebut bisa dikatakan baik, akan tetapi masih kurang. Sedangkan hasil benchmark dari User Experience Questionnarie, dari semua aspek pada UEQ yaitu Attractivenes, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulatio dan Novelty diperoleh hasil bad atau buruk, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan pada website Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bojonegoro terutama pada kualitas informasi serta tampilan pada website.
