Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh volume ekspor minyak sawit, jumlah produksi total minyak sawit, jumlah konsumsi total minyak sawit, harga internasional minyak sawit, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika Serikat terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data jenis runtun waktu yaitu dari bulan Juli 2017 sampai Juni 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis ECM (Error Correction Model). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu dalam jangka panjang variabel volume ekspor minyak sawit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, variabel jumlah produksi total minyak sawit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, variabel jumlah konsumsi total minyak sawit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, variabel harga internasional minyak sawit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, dan variabel nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika Serikat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek variabel volume ekspor minyak sawit berpengaruh negatif terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, jumlah konsumsi total minyak sawit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, variabel harga internasional minyak sawit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia, dan variabel jumlah produksi total minyak sawit, serta variabel nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika Serikat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of palm oil export volume, total production of palm oil, total consumption of palm oil, international price of palm oil, and exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia. This study uses time series data, namely from July 2017 until June 2022. This study uses a quantitative research typed Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis technique. The results obtained in this study are that in the long term, the variable palm oil export volume has a negative and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, variable total production of palm oil has a positive and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, variable total consumption of palm oil has a negative and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, variable international price of palm oil has a positive and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, and the variable exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar has a positive and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the short term, the variable palm oil export volume has a negative and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, total consumption of palm oil has a negative and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, variable international price of palm oil has a positive and significant effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia, and the variable total production of palm oil, also variable exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar have no effect on the increase in cooking oil price in Indonesia.
