CV. Cahaya Abadi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pembuatan pupuk. Produk Pupuk NPK P.Phoska merupakan produk yang sering mengalami kendala kurangnya kuantitas hasil produksi dan berakibat pada terlambatnya memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Memperhatikan tingkat produktivitas merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan, namun CV. Cahaya Abadi hanya fokus melakukan kegiatan produksi tanpa memperhatikan tingkat produktivitas proses tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengukuran tingkat produktivitas dengan menerapkan metode American Productivity Center (APC) dan Objective Matrix (OMAX). Penggunaan metode APC menghasilkan bahwa pada bulan November 2022 untuk produktivitas input material mengalami penurunan indeks sebesar 0,06%, input tenaga kerja menurun 4,86%, input energi menurun 1,27%, dan input total menurun 0,02%. Penggunaan metode OMAX diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor tenaga kerja memiliki tingkatan paling buruk pada sisi produktivitas, faktor material memiliki tingkatan paling buruk pada sisi produktivitas, dan profitabilitas, faktor energi memiliki tingkatan paling buruk pada sisi produktivitas, profitabilitas, dan perbaikan harga. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data tersebut, selanjutnya dilakukan analisa penyebab permasalahan pada 3 faktor input tersebut dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram, serta diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dengan penggunaan 5W+1H.rnrnKata kunci: American Productivity Center; Objective Matrix; produktivitas; profitabilitas; perbaikan harga

Cahaya Abadi only focuses on carrying out production activities without paying attention to the productivity level of the process. Based on these problems, this study discusses the measurement of productivity levels by applying the American Productivity Center (APC) and Objective Matrix (OMAX) methods. The use of APC method resulted that in November 2022 for material input productivity decreased index by 0.06%, labor input decreased by 4.86%, energy input decreased by 1.27%, and total input decreased by 0.02%. The use of the OMAX method obtained the results that the labor factor has the worst level in terms of productivity, the material factor has the worst level in terms of productivity, and profitability, the energy factor has the worst level in terms of productivity, profitability, and price improvement.
