Kemajuan teknologi membuat mobile banking menjadi semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Keuntungan menggunakan mobile banking yaitu mampu memberikan kemudahan akses ke layanan perbankan melalui smartphone kapan saja dan dimana saja. Namun, semakin banyak jumlah pengguna mobile banking mengakibatkan semakin banyak pula jumlah ulasan yang diberikan pengguna terkait aplikasi mobile banking. Jumlah ulasan yang banyak, menyulitkan proses ekstraksi informasi apabila dilakukan secara manual. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas adalah topic modelling dengan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Topic modelling merupakan teknologi yang dapat mengidentifikasi topik atau tema yang dibicarakan dalam suatu dokumen. Dalam studi kasus mobile banking, topic modelling dengan LDA digunakan untuk mengelompokkan ulasan pengguna secara sistematis berdasarkan topik atau tema yang sering dibicarakan sehingga memudahkan proses ekstraksi informasi. Hasil analisis topic modeling menggunakan LDA diperoleh 3 topik untuk BCA Mobile, BRI Mobile dan Livin’ By Mandiri. Bahasan pada Topik 1 BCA Mobile cenderung membahas kendala dalam proses verifikasi, topik 2 tentang permintaan pengguna terkait perbaikan aplikasi, topik 3 membahas BCA yang dinilai mudah dan membantu pengguna dalam transaksi. Bahasan pada Topik BRI Mobile 1 dan 2 hampir sama yaitu tentang pengalaman positif pengguna terhadap aplikasi Brimo, topik 3 membahas kendala pada proses pendaftaran. Bahasan pada Topik 1 Mandiri tentang pengalaman positif pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi, topik 2 berkaitan dengan kendala atau kesulitan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Livin’ By Mandiri, topik 3 mengenai respon positif sekaligus permintaan bantuan dari pengguna terkait suatu hal dalam aplikasi untuk diperbaiki atau diperbarui.rnKata kunci : Topic Modelling, Latent Dirichlet Allocation, Mobile banking

Advances in technology have made mobile banking increasingly popular among the public in recent years. The advantage of using mobile banking is being able to provide easy access to banking services via smartphones anytime and anywhere. However, the greater the number of mobile banking users, the greater the number of user reviews regarding the mobile banking application. The large number of reviews complicates the process of extracting information when done manually. The approach used to overcome the above problems is topic modeling with the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method. Topic modeling is a technology that can identify topics themes discussed in a document. In the case study of mobile banking, topic modeling with LDA is used to systematically classify user reviews based on frequently discussed topics themes to facilitate the process of information extraction. The results of the topic modeling analysis using LDA obtained 3 topics for BCA Mobile, BRI Mobile and Livin' By Mandiri. Discussion on Topic 1 of BCA Mobile tends to discuss obstacles in the verification process, topic 2 concerns user requests regarding application improvements, topic 3 discusses BCA which is considered easy and helps users in transactions. The discussion on BRI Mobile Topics 1 and 2 is almost the same, namely about the positive experience of users with the Brimo application, topic 3 discusses obstacles to the registration process. Discussion on Topic 1 Mandiri about positive user experiences in using the application, topic 2 related to obstacles difficulties in using the Livin' By Mandiri application, topic 3 regarding positive responses well requests for help from users regarding something in the application to be repaired updated.rnKeywords: Topic Modeling, Latent Dirichlet Allocation, Mobile banking
